列緣。第二僧私兩床俱犯。準緣作成方犯。今時坐已成者，準《僧祇》犯吉。

Listing the conditions: In the second, both communal Saṃgha beds and private beds incur an offense. According to the conditions, only when its construction is completed does one commit the offense. Nowadays, sitting on an already finished one incurs a duṣkṛta according to the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya.
