不犯中。得已成者，兩種修改，並謂受時即作此意。言兩重者，以過量故，襵疊令如。注斥非法。謂部即《僧祇》、《十誦》等；七百結集，《四分》下文。

In [the section on] non-offense: Regarding obtaining one already made, the two kinds of alteration both mean that at the time of formal reception one has this intention in mind. 'Two layers' means that because it exceeds the measurement, it is folded and doubled to make it compliant. The note points out the non-standard [practices]. 'Other divisions' refers to the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya, Daśādhyāya-vinaya, and so forth; the Seven Hundred Council appears later in the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya text.
