釋中引律，初示尺量。增一尺者，初則一頭一邊增之；今準《感通傳》，須於四周各增五寸。文下，次明結犯。

In the explanation, it quotes the Vinaya: first, pointing out the dimensions. As for 'adding one span (chǐ)', originally it was added to one end and one side; now, according to the Gantong zhuan, one must add five inches to each of the four sides. From 'the text' downward, it next explains the determination of the offense.
