2.1410

制法中，初明制用。得下，示衣體。細軟者，不損瘡故。長下，示尺量。《戒本》云：長佛四搩手，廣二搩手故。

In the regulation method, it first clarifies the prescribed use. From 'obtaining' downward, it shows the cloth substance. 'Fine and soft' means that it does not hurt the sore. From 'length' downward, it shows the measurements. The Prātimokṣa says: 'The length is four Buddha spans, and the width is two spans.'
