著革屣中，收五戒，故云諸也。六十二著入塔，六十三捉入，六十四著繞，六十五著富羅入，六十六捉入。

Under wearing leather shoes, five precepts are gathered, hence it says 'the various [rules]': the sixty-second is wearing them into a stūpa; the sixty-third, holding them while entering; the sixty-fourth, wearing them to circumambulate; the sixty-fifth, wearing pulas to enter; the sixty-sixth, holding them while entering.
