The eighty-fourth is the precept against sitting facing a stūpa. 'An obstruction in between' means there is an object blocking it. The text is abbreviated. The eighty-fifth is placing the Buddha in a lower room. (Formulated in the country of Kośala.) In cases of illness, or dangers to life or celibacy, exceptions are granted in all cases. The fifteen precepts from 'a person sitting while oneself stands' downward identify the persons capable of showing respect. Among the four deportments, they miscellaneously clarify acts of venerating the Three Jewels above. The eighty-sixth is the precept against expounding the Dharma to someone sitting while oneself stands; the eighty-seventh, to someone lying down; the eighty-eighth, to someone seated; the eighty-ninth, to someone on a high seat; the ninetieth, to someone walking in front; the ninety-first, to someone walking on a high walkway; the ninety-second, to someone on a road.
