次餘三中。乃至者，應云：遣人作四事已，自坐誦戒，即作持中具四行；或作婬盜，即作犯中具四。作圖示之。

Next, in the remaining three [cases]: the words 'and so forth' mean that it should say: having dispatched someone to perform the four matters, if one sits personally reciting the precepts, then within maintenance by action the four practices are fully present; or if one engages in sexual misconduct or theft, then within violation by action the four are fully present. This is shown in a diagram.
