2.2076

六云業待時中，更兼人方。言待時者，或為緣阻，未暇發露，期在後故；待人者，求知法故；待方者，擇勝處故；皆謂期心欲露，故非覆也。

The sixth says 'awaiting the time for the karma', which further includes persons and place. 'Awaiting the time' means either being obstructed by conditions and lacking leisure to disclose, intending to do so later; 'awaiting the person' means seeking someone who knows the Dharma; 'awaiting the place' means choosing a superior place; all mean that with an intended mind to disclose, it is not concealment.
