九中，《四分》。欲白不及，非意故開。《十誦》，初明見客執儀。若下，次明有病遣白。詞句闕略，故指《四分》，即前所引。《五分》。明行時對境，指第五方；五字錯，合作三字。

In the ninth: the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya: wanting to announce but being unable to in time is exempted because it was unintentional. The Daśādhyāya-vinaya: first, it clarifies maintaining deportment upon seeing guests. From "if" below, it next clarifies sending someone to announce when sick. The phrasing is incomplete, so it refers to the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya, which was cited earlier. The Mahīśāsaka-vinaya clarifies the object faced during practice, pointing to the fifth method; the character "five" is an error and should be the character "three".
