二形俱者，期盡壽故。形滅失者，據論受體，實通四捨，且據本期一相為言。上之二種，戒善兩通。今明受體，唯在此二，餘無相涉。五六義兼隨行。要期可同自誓。

Second, that which coexists with the physical form: because it is expected to last until the end of life. As for being lost upon the destruction of the physical form: strictly discussing the reception-essence, it actually extends through the four abandonments; here it is stated provisionally in terms of the single aspect of the original resolution. The above two kinds apply to both precepts and wholesome deeds. Here, clarifying the reception-essence, it lies only in these two, with nothing else involved. The fifth and sixth obliquely involve subsequent practice. The determined resolution may be equated with a personal vow.
