二請主，簡人中，初文，前約犯重簡。五八十成邊罪，具戒成二滅。（準通十三難人，皆不得請。）下約輕罪簡。

In the second, "Inviting the Master", under "Screening Persons": in the first passage, it first screens with respect to grave offenses. Five, eight, and ten form boundary offenses; full ordination forms the two destructions. (By extension to the persons with the thirteen impediments, none may be invited.) Below, it screens with respect to light offenses.
