懺三種中，初文。根本，即最初覆藏。著用捨墮下，合有衣字。律論俱結罪者，指所出也。默妄同此者，亦謂彼論同此律也。

Under "Repenting the Three Kinds", in the first passage: "Root" is the initial concealment. Below "wearing or using [what is subject to] niḥsargika-pāyattika", the character "robe" should be included. That both vinaya and treatise assess the offense points to their sources. "Silence and lying being identical to this" also means that treatise agrees with this vinaya.
