後問中，或決當時妄行，或遮後世濫用。答中。指前即懺蘭中。上卷亦指〈集僧〉。

In the latter question: it either resolves wrongful practices of that time, or prevents indiscriminate usage by later generations. In the answer: pointing to what was said earlier refers to repenting thullaccaya. The upper fascicle also refers to "Assembling the Saṅgha".
