次懺九十，前緣中，初指法同前。恐下，明今重示。且下，舉事出法。若下，略示從生。九品六品者，示其不定也。如過量等者，別提著用。

Next, repenting the ninety [pāyattikas]: in the preparatory circumstances, it first points out that the procedure is the same as before. From "fearing..." onward, it clarifies why it is shown again now. From "provisionally..." onward, it adduces the matter to set forth the rite. From "if..." onward, it briefly indicates the derivative [offenses]. "Nine grades or six grades" shows their variability. "Such as exceeding measurements, etc." separately points out wearing and using.
