From "fearing..." onward, it clarifies why it is shown again now. From "provisionally..." onward, it adduces the matter to set forth the rite. From "if..." onward, it briefly indicates the derivative [offenses]. "Nine grades or six grades" shows their variability. "Such as exceeding measurements, etc." separately points out wearing and using.
