申誡中，初指前經。因下，示制罪。今時學律，侵損僧物，如已所有；不識業因，不畏來苦；覩此慈訓，不知慎護；斯地獄人，不可拔也。

In setting forth the admonition, first it points to the preceding sūtra. From "Because..." onward, it shows the prohibition of offenses. Nowadays those who study the Vinaya encroach upon and diminish saṃgha property as if it were their own, not recognizing karmic causes, not fearing future suffering; beholding this compassionate instruction, they do not know to be cautious and guard against it; these are people of the hells, who cannot be saved.
