《四分》中，初引示。故下，準決，初明三寶通塞。若下，次明本通隨用。

In the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya, it first cites and shows it. From 'therefore' onward, it makes determinations accordingly: first, it clarifies the universal and restricted aspects of the Triratna. From 'if' onward, next, it clarifies that what was originally universal follows its usage.
