後二句中。上句僧物，各有己分，故有我所。下句官物，不屬於己，故無我所。關，謂界上門也。盜下，總判。可解。

In the latter two clauses: in the upper clause, Saṃgha property, each has their own share, and thus there is a sense of 'mine'. In the lower clause, official property does not belong to oneself, and thus there is no sense of 'mine'. 'Pass' (guan) means a gate on the border. 'Stealing,' and so forth, is the general determination, which is intelligible.
