In the first section: it lists three kinds of persons; leading them away carries no guilt, meaning there is no guarding relative. The three kinds are: ordination without license is the first; parents being deceased is the second, meaning one not sent [by parents]; being in debt is the third, where regardless of parents, it is viewed only with respect to the creditor, who is not guarding them. In the notes, based on the debtor, it resolves worldly doubts; the doubt was that ordaining someone who owes royal taxes to go forth would constitute an offense of theft, as explained in the 'Chapter on Receiving Precepts'. Stealing a slave is grave because the master serves as the guarding relative.
