次科，前引二律。開意大同。守邏者，舊云遊兵禦𡨥者。所以下，徵上《十誦》之意。

In the next section, first it cites two Vinayas. The intent of the exception is broadly identical. 'Patrol guard' (shouluo): the ancients said it was roaming troops resisting bandits. 'The reason why,' and so forth, queries the intent of the above Daśādhyāya-vinaya.
