次科。當時有行糞掃衣者，故有取之。得不如上者，即前所明有主無主；又無主中，神護不護。必下，示其取法。擲卜，即投杯珓，卜問於神也。捨吝，謂非人護不護也。

The next section. At that time, there were those who practiced wearing rag robes, and therefore took them. "Not getting [the robe] as above" refers to what was previously explained regarding [items] having an owner or having no owner; further, among those with no owner, whether a spirit protects them or does not protect them. "Must..." and below indicates the method of taking it. "Casting lots" refers to casting divination blocks to divine and inquire of the spirit. "Relinquishing or withholding" refers to whether the non-human protects it or does not protect it.
