畜物中，初文。律中，比丘取鳥巢中物，及鼠穴中物，比丘疑，佛言：畜生無用，無犯，而不應受如是物。（準不應，得吉，但文不顯。）

Under goods of animals, the first passage. In the vinaya, a bhikṣu took things from a bird's nest and things from a rat's hole. The bhikṣu had doubts, and the Buddha said: "Animals have no use [for them]; there is no offense, but one should not accept such things." (According to "should not," one incurs a duṣkṛta, but the text is not explicit.)
