正明中，《十誦》。苦切，謂敦逼前人，同下《四分》迫喝取也。輕慢，謂現相陵物，及下觝突，並同第八（準疏會之）。名字同第十。受寄同第七。唯後出息，不同今宗；雖是盜心，彼此相允，故特除之。觝音底。

Under the direct explanation, the Daśādhyāya-vinaya. "Coercive and harsh" refers to pressing and coercing the other party, identical to "taking through intimidation and shouting" in the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya below. "Disrespectful contempt" refers to displaying an attitude of overbearing arrogance toward goods, and the "defiance" below; both are identical to the eighth (harmonized according to the Commentary). "Name" is identical to the tenth. "Accepting entrustment" is identical to the seventh. Only the later "lending for interest" differs from our school; although it is a mind of theft, since both parties mutually consented, it is specially excluded. The pronunciation of 觝 (dǐ) is dǐ.
