四中。由比丘語者，即教他業。兼犯盜者，以攻擊劫掠，損彼物故。優婆塞同者，五八並制故。

In the fourth: 'Due to the words of the bhikṣu' refers to the karma of instructing others. 'Also committing theft' is because attacking and pillaging damages their property. 'The upāsaka is the same' is because both the five and eight [precepts] prohibit it.
