犯中，初科，前列犯緣；後引《伽論》簡異。由彼慣習，出語成犯，不必具緣故。

Regarding offenses: in the first section, the conditions for an offense are listed first; afterward, the *Abhidharmamahāvibhāṣā* is cited to distinguish differences. Because he was habituated to it, an utterance constituted an offense, not necessarily requiring all conditions to be complete.
