In the non-offenses, there are two. First, non-offense in corrupting families: one may give to seven types of people. From 'if planting' downwards is non-offense in bad conduct: one may do five things. The first is not digging and destroying. Doing it oneself or instructing others are both for the sake of making offerings. The text says 'take oneself', the meaning of which is not 'pluck oneself'. From 'if people' downwards permits running. From 'if crossing' downwards permits lifting [the feet] and walking limping (that is, hopping along; these two were not mentioned in the earlier bad conduct). From 'if accompanied' downwards permits whistling. From 'if for' downwards permits acting as an envoy. (The vinaya says: 'If one does not check the letter but carries it, or acts as an envoy for a white-clad [layman], both are duṣkṛta.' This was also omitted from earlier citation.) Earlier it listed sitting together with a woman, singing and dancing, and so forth; that there is no exception here is because these are the beginnings of intrinsic evil and the start of licentious dissolution, which can therefore be understood.
