不犯中，五事。初即順諫；二非法者，諫不如教故；三無智訶者，不當理故；四實爾者，省己無非故；五錯說者，不作意故。

In the non-offenses, there are five matters: The first is complying with the admonition; the second is 'non-dharma', because the admonition does not conform to the teaching; the third is 'unwise scolding', because it is not reasonable; the fourth is 'really so', because upon self-examination one has no fault; the fifth is 'speaking mistakenly', because it was not intentional.
