二不定，標指中。屏露不同為二，不審實犯為不定。上總戒分，下攝威儀，故當第三。文下二句，指廣。文疏通指古疏，故云久列。疏釋廣律比丘戒本，辨此二戒廣列義門，故云在戒本也。今此但明成犯緣相；自餘義章，並見戒疏義鈔，故云略述大意也。

Two Aniyatas: In the indication, concealed and open being different makes two; not being certain of the actual offense makes them aniyata (undetermined). Above they summarize the precept divisions, and below they subsume deportment, so they constitute the third. The two lines below the text point to the extensive [exposition]. The 'commentarial texts' refers generally to the ancient commentaries, hence it says 'long listed'. The commentaries explain the expanded vinaya bhikṣu-prātimokṣa, distinguishing these two precepts and extensively listing doctrinal gates, hence it says 'in the Prātimokṣa'. Now this only clarifies the conditions and marks that constitute an offense; the remaining doctrinal chapters are all found in the Precept Commentary and the Doctrinal Manual, hence it says 'briefly state the general idea'.
