第一緣中，初科，上句定所屬。謂下示名體。三衣外者，若受百一，則百一外為長。

In the first condition, the first section: The upper sentence determines ownership. From 'namely' downwards shows the name and essence. 'Outside of the three robes': if one has received the hundred-and-one items, then what is outside the hundred-and-one items is considered extra.
