三中，初明一提。準上論云：懺先罪故。次判一吉。下引律證，文制不應，違教結吉明矣。

In the third, it first clarifies one pāyattika. In accordance with the above treatise, it says: because one performs deśanā for the prior offense. Next, it judges one duṣkṛta. Below it cites the vinaya as proof; the text prohibits what is improper, so violating the teaching is clearly judged a duṣkṛta.
