不犯中，初科。即前八門二三兩位。下明奪失燒漂，同前四五；餘略不出。

In [the section on] non-offense, the first section: this refers to the second and third positions among the earlier eight categories. Below, it clarifies being robbed, lost, burned, or swept away by water, identical to the earlier fourth and fifth; the rest are omitted and not presented.
