In psychological obstacle, there are three texts, all based on mental conceptions constituting an obstacle. The root vinaya's text appears under non-offense. The Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya is like the clan boundary below. The *Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā*: regarding "where major and minor acts take place," the treatise renders it as "places of coming and going," which means roads. (Some say it means the place for answering the call of nature.) Kings and ministers rely on authority, magical arts deceive the multitude, and musical sounds agitate desires; all such persons are to be feared and avoided, hence they constitute obstacles. From "By" down, it concludes the name.
