別舍中。《十誦》舍界，名濫《四分》，顯相自別，如文可見。初文，前明異見。門屋等即眾處，一舍餘舍即各居處。若下，明同見。以情同故，彼此通護。戲笑人，謂諸伎藝人所戲翫者。遊行營者，往還暫寄都聚之舍。辨犯不犯，大同外道。

Regarding separate houses: the house boundary in the Daśādhyāya-vinaya has a name that could be confounded with the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya, but the manifest marks are inherently distinct, as is evident from the text. In the first passage, it first explains differing views. Gatehouses and the like are communal places; a single house and the remaining houses are individual dwelling places. "If..." below explains identical views: because their sentiments are identical, they protect [the robes] for each other. "Entertainers" refers to those played and enjoyed by various performers. "Itinerant camps" are houses where travelers temporarily lodge and assemble. In distinguishing between offense and non-offense, it is broadly the same as with non-Buddhists.
