諸部中，標云並無者。若據《了論》轉車義，《多論》箭射及處等，似是勢分，但不明指耳。

In other schools, where the heading states "all lack it": if based on the meaning of turning the cart in the Vinayadvāviṃśatividyā-śāstra, the reach of an arrow shot in the Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā, and so on, these resemble an influential perimeter, but are simply not explicitly designated as such.
