第三中，初引二律以明故相。後引二論以簡餘物。《善見》無犯，小物義稀故。伽中亦犯，同制衣故。

In the third [part], he first cites two Vinayas to explain the marks of intent. Afterwards he cites two treatises to set aside other items. According to the Samantapāsādikā, there is no offense because minor articles rarely have such significance. In the [Mātṛkā] tradition it is also an offense, because they are subject to the same prohibition as robes.
