五中。《四分》明輕，皆謂非犯緣故。《善見》明重使，結二罪者，尼薩耆是前犯，吉羅即後罪，即犯捨衣無重義也。

In the fifth [part], the Dharmaguptaka[-vinaya] explains light [offenses], all of which refer to non-offense conditions. The Samantapāsādikā explains repeated employment entailing two offenses: the naiḥsargika is the former offense, and the duṣkṛta is the latter offense, which means that for the offense of forfeiture there is no repeated offense.
