指非中，初示過。此下，決犯。合斬捨者，根本墮也。著著罪，從生吉也。如諸下，引事例顯。

In pointing out the faults: First, the transgression is shown. From "This" below, the offense is determined. One that ought to be cut and forfeited is a fundamental pāyattika. An offense at every wearing is a resulting duṣkṛta. From "As the various" below, cases are cited for clear illustration.
