釋中，《僧祇》，初示本緣。以年不滿，故開羯磨。若下，簡濫。雖老不病，雖病不重，竝不開。《四分》，比丘得乾消病，不堪持衣行，開羯磨作。

Under the explanations: In the *Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya*, first, the root condition is shown. Because the years are not full, karman is permitted. From "If" below, eliminating improper applications: though old, not sick; though sick, not serious—none are permitted. In the *Dharmaguptaka-vinaya*, a bhikṣu had emaciation disease and could not bear to carry the robes and walk; karman was permitted for making it.
