2.751

不犯六緣。滿六年者，制限外也。捨故作者，無本衣也。疏云豈捨受持，方復造衣；本造擬施，故成不犯；成而不捨，罪則自科。若無者，如失壞也。餘可知。

Non-offenses have six conditions. Having completed six years is outside the restriction. Making after relinquishing the old is having no original robe. The Commentary says: "Could it be that only after relinquishing reception-and-maintenance does one make another robe? Originally making intending to give it away, completion does not incur an offense; if completed without relinquishing, the offense is naturally charged." "If there is none" is like losing or spoiling it. The rest can be understood.
