能施中。經文不明畜獸；田宅淨人，合在前科；而僧物之語，亦可通收。今此但明施者非法之相。

Under those capable of giving: the sūtra text does not clearly specify keeping animals; fields, houses, and pure attendants ought to belong to the preceding sections; however, the phrase "Saṃgha property" can also cover them generally. Here it merely clarifies the marks of illicit behavior by the donor.
