《僧祇》中，初是時藥易七日。下明以食雇作。非貿物故，止犯越罪。前後無罪者，非對貿故。
In the *Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya*, the first is exchanging timely medicine for seven-day [medicine]. Below, it clarifies hiring laborers with food. Because it is not bartering goods, it only incurs an infraction. As for there being no offense before or after, it is because it is not a direct barter.
