不犯有四。初開限滿不捨吉。二著浴者，此約無犯明不犯。浣舉二緣，開不用吉。

The non-offenses are four. First, it permits non-relinquishment when the time limit expires [due to circumstances], exempting one from a duṣkṛta. Second, 'wearing it to bathe' explains non-offense in terms of there being no transgression. The two circumstances of washing and putting away exempt one from the duṣkṛta of non-use.
