不犯中三。初即口授書授，二並如法。二同業者，謂同受學；疏云：非師資位，故曲開耳。二錯說，可解。

Under non-offenses there are three. First, oral transmission and written transmission both accord with the Dharma. Second, "those of the same vocation" refers to those studying together; the Commentary states: "They are not in the status of master and disciple, hence this special exception is granted." Third, misstatements, which is understandable.
