三中。杓形者，今多用銅鐵竹木作圓捲施柄者是。三角亦然，但形異耳。宏槨者，以木為筐，有同藥羅之類。安沙囊中，謂以細沙置於囊底，然後漉之。半由旬，二十里。注中覆字入呼。注上還水，以囊內穢外淨，當覆轉洗之。

In the third part: 'Ladle-shaped' mostly refers nowadays to using copper, iron, bamboo, or wood to make a round hoop and attach a handle. 'Triangular' is also like this, differing only in shape. 'Large frame' means using wood as a basket, similar to a medicinal sieve. 'Placing a sand bag' means placing fine sand at the bottom of the bag, and then filtering through it. Half a yojana is twenty li. In the note, the character 覆 ('turn over') is pronounced in the entering tone. Above the note, 'returning water': because the inside of the bag is impure and the outside is pure, one should turn it over and wash it.
