3.119

受法中，初科，前示通名。云下，次出受法。某色即牒衣目。亦合先云：大德一心念！我某甲，是僧祇支；方接餘文。後注中。上六字是彼文。下五字，即鈔家點示，恐謂五眾互相對故。

Under 'Method of Reception', in the first section, it previously showed the general name. Under 'Says...', it next sets forth the method of reception. 'Such-and-such color' restates the item name of the robe. It should also first say: 'Venerable One, with single-minded attention! I, named so-and-so, [declare] this saṃkakṣikā'; only then does it connect to the rest of the text. In the later note, the upper six characters are that text. The lower five characters are precisely the manual author's clarification, fearing that people might think the five assemblies address one another.
