次科。初簡皮敷。謂帶毛者。次簡染色。三開蚊厨。障咂囓故。四制頭帽。五聽瘡衣。以病緣故。下引《中含》。似決《四分》上染錦衣。或似凡受貴物，皆須有德先著，故注準之。

The next heading: first, screening out leather bedding, meaning that with hair. Second, screening out dyed colors. Third, permitting mosquito nets, to keep out stinging bites. Fourth, prohibiting head-caps. Fifth, permitting wound-coverings, on account of illness. Below, citing the *Madhyama-āgama* appears to resolve the issue of dyeing brocade robes in the *Dharmaguptaka-vinaya*; or it appears that whenever valuable items are received, someone of virtue must wear them first, which is why the note relies on it.
