次文，初列相。狎，親也。非時類，謂新舊不同，或尊卑有隔也。義下，決判。

In the next text, it first lists the characteristics. 'Familiar' means close. 'Not of the same cohort' means differences between new and senior, or a barrier between venerated and humble. Below 'In meaning...', it renders a decisive judgment.
