糞掃衣，制意中，初科，上句標。此下，釋，初示名。論下，顯意。論即《多論》。文有三意，初二滅惡，除自他貪，後一生善。

Regarding rags from a dust heap: in the intention behind the prohibition, the first section has its upper sentence stating the topic. "This below" explains it, first showing the name. "The treatise below" reveals the intention. The treatise is the Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā. The text contains three intentions: the first two extinguish evil—removing greed in oneself and others; the latter one generates goodness.
