時僧得中，初文為二，前示名體。安居是時，該通是僧得。此但時定，餘三不定。作下，次明分法。《注羯磨》云：如非時僧得施法。

In "timely and acquired by the Saṃgha", the first text has two parts: the former shows the name and substance. The rains retreat is the time; being comprehensively applicable is "acquired by the Saṃgha." Here, only the time is determined, while the other three are undetermined. "Making below" next explains the method of division. The Annotated Karmavācanā says: like the method for non-timely gifts acquired by the Saṃgha.
