次科，初明與三眾法。本出二種僧得，今欲例同二種現前，故此引之。初明檀越自分。若檀越下，次明比丘為分。後引二律會同。可解。然諸文通泛，故注以決之。四下，後分淨人。注指如後。

In the next section, it first clarifies the method for giving to the three assemblies. This originally arose from the two kinds of [property] acquired by the Saṃgha, but now, wanting to analogize them to the two kinds of [property given to those] present, it is cited here. It first explains the dānapati dividing it themselves. "If the dānapati below" next explains a bhikṣu dividing it for them. Afterwards, it cites two Vinayas to harmonize them, which can be understood. However, since the various texts are broad and vague, the commentary resolves them. "Four below" afterwards divides [to] the kappiyakāraka. The commentary refers to what comes later.
